Gymnastics
This is Matt, just before he landed on his feet at gymnastics.
We are doing a three week gym course with Mr H at the Youth Club Hall. We have to walk there first – that’s our warm up!
Some of the activities we did in the first week were:
- parallel bars
- forward rolls
- vaulting
- balance beam
- floor exercise
- trying not to land on our heads
- commando course
- forward flips on the springboard
- leapfrog
