Lemonade Scones
LEMONADE SCONES
WHAT YOU NEED
1 cup cream
1cup Lemonade
3 cup S.R flour
WHAT YOU DO
Turn the oven on to 180.
Sift the flour in to the bowl.
Make a well in the middle of the flour.
Pour the cream and the lemonade into the well.
Gently stir the ingredients in together.
Turn the mixture out onto a floured board and knead it into a smooth lump.
Cut out rounds with a scone cutter.
Place them on scone tray and brush tops with milk.
Bake in the oven for 20 mins.
