Marketplace is a pretend maths game in school where grade 5/6’s start a business to make pretend money. 

Students must draw a house of their own and place furniture in their house so they must go around to shops buying furniture, cars, phones and more with the money they earn from their business. There are $100, $50, $20, $10 and $5 dollar bills.

Marketplace goes for five weeks every Friday. It starts at 12 o’clock and finishes at 12:40. It is a great learning experience. Parents are welcome to come.
